This company is the WORST!!!!!!!!!!!! Never, NEVER again will I EVER react, deal or even look at a Budget rental car sign. These people that are so called customer service representatives do nothing but tell you false information, provide no assistance and lie behind each other to cover each others backs. This company is disgusting and should be ashamed of themselves!! User's recommendation: NEVER! Unless you want your money taken and you end up with no rental car.
