Horrible flowers

I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday, and expected to receive the beautiful flowers I ordered online..... to my suprise the flowers all looked anaemic and nothing like it was shown online. DISAPPOINTED is an understatement. I contacted customer service and they offered 35 % refund from the price of the flowers. NEVER AGAIN. Do not order from this website.
