Dead tree. Issued a credit for the amount of that tree. Sounds good, right? Wait---when you go to use that credit you can't get the replacement until you spend at least $60 . No getting around it . So, to replace a DEAD tree, I need to buy more product. Quite a racquet they've go going on here User's recommendation: Don't buy from them. Horrible customer service.
