Original review posted by user Feb 23, 2019 Brought my 2018 leased Hyundai car in for a problem. they had the nerve to tell me and showed me in writing that i have to pay $150 for diagnostic before they look at car. i have a 5 year warranty on car and it is a lease. they are trying to rip off stupid people. i called my salesman over at Coconut Creek Hyundai and he set me up with their service department. their service department was laughing. and never heard anything this rediculous and rip off like this. Furthermore, I contacted customer service at corporate, ChannEL 10 and 7 news. I tried to contact the manager of this crooked place, left a message explaining same and never called me back. STAY AWAY FROM RICK CASE HYUNDAI SERVICE DEPARTMENT. IF YOU DO BUY A CAR THERE.GO TO ANOTHER HYUNDAI DEALER FOR SERVICE. YOU WONT BE SORRY.
