Serving in military I have used pelican for last 20 years. They have horrible reps, never provide you answers and have to force them to do the right thing time and time again. I would not suggest using this bank if you overseas. They seem to never take notes you ask them to take. Told these people I will be in East Asia for few years and yet they block card and force me to repeatedly contact them not to shut the card ofd.
