Horrible Customer Service!!!!

I had received a gift card in March of 2017 which I redeemed shortly after receiving. I had $20 left over which the attendant stated would be applied to any future visit - I was very specific in asking her about the expiration and was told there would be none. A year later when I went in for a pedicure, I was told by their director Abbie Dee that the credit expires at 6 months and that there was no record of my ever having been a customer in the past. She continues to deny my having been a customer as if it somehow absolves the company from my complaint. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Proof of their inability to convey policies correctly or to keep appropriate records is the fact that they continue to deny that I was a previous customer!!!
