Horrible company, dont use when possible

On the website it said my package from Poland to Spain would arrive on a Friday before 6pm, without any specification. They couldnt give me more details, so I had to take the entire day off to receive it. When it took too long, I called their customer service. Those told me they lost part of the shipment at one of the THREE depots it had been in the meantime, which they couldnt tell me more about. To make it worse, it was a Friday, and they do not deliver on weekends, and also I cannot pick it up on weekend. Is this the 21nd century? Therefore, had to wait 3 more days. Customer service doesnt come with any solutions or answers, as doesnt the website. You have to go after stuff yourself. Clearly a badly run company.
