I have used ETO in the past and as long as there is not a service issue., their doors are beautiful. Unfortunately, if a problem arises..... BEWARE! I purchased a door to match a previous project. The specs on the website hadn’t changed, yet when I received the door, the radius to the top panel was completely different! Though I made multiple attempts to speak to a supervisor, I was completely ignored and told that nothing could be done? I write a letter to the president of the company to no avail. No I will have to get a local woodworker to manufacturer a door to match their original spec at custom door price.
