Honoring your contract for repairs.

Lam writing this complaint due to the fact that your service to your customers is inferior, and misleading. The Reps have you waiting for someone to respond and nobody answers, they put you on hold for more than 30 min. I tried to reach them several times with no results. There needs to be an investigation done by the Attorney General this company is definitely a scam! Why should I have to wait before repairs are completed if no one is available to answer my concerns. Right now I have n trans deportation due to your failed contract policies.
