As a broker/owner of corporate & vacation rentals, VRBO was a good advertising source for several years. Now, this company has raised its rates to excessive levels and the last straw is requiring client payments to filter through them (for a few). They have no concept of business or understanding that licensed professional property managers in CA are required to collect client funds through trust accounts. I am cancelling my Homeaway account as I refuse to work with this greedy company. I would complain directly to them if they offered a way to reach them.
