Completely flabbergasted with the inability of Du to communicate with customers and resolve issues. I opted to get a wifi connection in my house from Du. The individual came to my place to take my details and signature on contract. Mentioned also that it will be installed on the 1st of February. No one came and no communication was done. I had to call them multiple times and finally they told me the schedule is for the 4th. This was infuriating as I work for a hospital which is in crisis mode and Du put all my work in jeopardy!! Even as I am writing this, the issue is not resolved! They have been saying the same thing for two days!! Mind you when I call I am a ‘Premium Customer' I can only imagine how they treat other customers! Worst service I have ever encountered!
