We bought the TV in December 2014, and on wednesday November 25th we tried to open it and there was sound but no picture. We called right away since we were still under the one year garanty, impossible to get someone to answer, we left a message and they called us back in the evening. The lady told us to try to unplug and plug it, what we've already done, and then she told us to hold the ''start'' button and another thing to try to restart it, nothing. Then she said someone would call to schedule an appointment with a technician. Noone called so we called back on the monday, they say the had to order a part, without even checking the tv, and that this said part would take 2 weeks to arrive. Then some dude came a week later to check it out, and told us there was nothing to do with it, that it was irreparable. That he had never seen a Hisense tv do that, that they were good tv and that it was the first time he's seen it blackout like this (ha ha ha) He said that he would file his report and send it to Hisense, for them to contact the store where we bought it and that they would give us another. So, a week later, still no news. We called 5 times, impossible to get to speak with someone, so we wrote to them via email. The lady wrote to us that they were still waiting for the part to arrive since it hadnt been 2 weeks yet. We then wrote to her that the technician came(a week before) and that he said that there was nothing to do with it, and that we could get another tv. She never wrote back. We tried to call, it seems like noone works there. it's always voicemail. It's now been (almost) a month. We wrote back today, and called again. we're waiting. this is the worst customers service i've ever seen.
