No one till April 15th to assist

Due to covid-19 all gyms have been closed. No one has emailed regarding membership or monthly charges. I would like to cancel my membership but I can only do that in person? I already got charged for next month.

One of the representatives forged my signature and did not let me look at the contract i was unaware that it was a year contract when i specifically asked him if it was month to month furthermore , the rep put the wrong card on file
