Upon my last recent trip to this doctors office I was asked to fill out an online survey and the survey explained that it was to help with the doctor to provide the best care for you. The medical assistant that handed the computer to me did not say it was anything but a survey. Today I checked my online claims for my insurance and found a submission to the insurance company as a psychological test and a charge to the insurance company for $200.00. I am rather pissed about it because in the first place I was not there to have my head examined and this was not a neurosurgeon and was completely irrelevant to my trip to the doctor. So, I am warning anyone who is taking a trip to any doctor and they ask you to fill out a survey, "DON'T DO IT" , or you will get a big surprise. I have a feeling that I will be stuck with these charges to pay. The way i see it is, first of all the staff in the office are the ones who need a psychological assessment for pulling this kind of *** without the patients knowing that they were being charged. I do not know what my money loss will be as of yet but just seeing the charges is enough to *** anyone off...after all..we don't all have money growing out of our ***
