I first rented a room from PML in March 2016, the flat was great but I wasn't getting along with one of my flatmates. PML helped me to move to another flat where I've stayed since April 2016. I'm very happy with all my flatmates now and PML assisted also with a heating issue in had in my flat last week. The contractor came the day after and fixed the issue so I'm quite happy with the fast service. Other issues in the flat we had was the kitchen fan which had to be replaced, they replaced it after 3 days, and a light switch that wasn't working they assisted me to fix over the phone. Nothing else to say about them :)
