I had 14 balloons that Wal-Mart inflated with helium around 5 pm. [protected]) My granddaughter's party began at 12 pm today [protected]) and all the balloons are on the floor. This was a huge inconvenience trying to tape the balloons and savage what we could. I called Wal-Mart about a refund and was told it will not be refunded and that the helium don't last long and sometimes it goes out the same day. That is not tried because I've dealt with many types of helium balloons. I want my refund of $7 plus tax.
