Heating pad stopped working

I've had my heating pad 3 months I thought it was a heaven sent. I have Lupus and neurological Lyme that can make my body ache horrible. Since Covid19 I can't leave home and my heating pad stopped working completely I tried everything.... I'm so disappointed and don't know what to do.
