I purchased a pair of Hearts of Palm Capri pants on the online website. I paid $13.20 plus 1.56 sales tax. I paid 7:00 for shipping. My debit card was charged $21.92 on March 4th, 2020. When the pants arrived the front of the legs were dirty. I chose to return them to the store instead of trying to send them back. The sales clerk reimbursed me $14.32. I bought some other items while I was there. I purchased another pair of capri's, same color but they were too small and I had to take them back. When I went back to the store to return them, the clerk said that we could order them and have them shipped to the store and I wouldn't have to pay for the shipping. We tried to order and it kept saying that I had to pay shipping. I didn't order because, I shouldn't have to pay shipping if I am picking up at the store. I told the manager that I should get reimbursed the $7.00 that I paid for the shipping of the previous pants because they arrived dirty.
