Heart locket

Received my pendant today and was so terribly disappointed, 118.00? Cheaply made, coating is half missing on edges? You advertise Sterling silver. Sterling silver does not peel off. It is cheaply coated. Pendant is hard to open so I can imagine that after opening 5 times or more the coating will be gone and it will be another piece of junk to trash. This is worth maybe 5.00
