On June 20, 2020 we arrived at Home2 in Erie, Pennsylvania. Someone forgot to clean the room before our arrival. We had urine bedding on our Queen size bed. When we pulled back the bedding to go to bed the room smelled like straight up urine. We are very concerned about the virus issues we all have been dealing with for the past four month. Their staff lives on the premises and were cursing loudly and slamming items around at 12:15am. The staff at this hotel thought these issues were funny. I could see their smile and laugh underneath their mask.Staff members famous saying "I got you" I don't know if that's a Erie, Pennsylvania thing or NOT? I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone. They did NOTHING for my family. NO MONEY BACK, FREE STAY. Just "I got you".. You would think the General or District Manager would have came to work on these issues, but NO? The staff just disrespect customers that pay their salary... Without customers you wouldn't have a job to support yourself or your family.. So, you can believe me or NOT, but don't tell me I didn't warn you?? User's recommendation: NO WAY, NOT EVEN MY DOG.
