Havertys Chairman, Clarence Smith, made the biggest insider sale in the last 12 months. That single transaction was for US$240k worth of shares. Insiders sold more shares in Haverty Furniture Companies than they bought, over the last year. Profits are down due to low sales and poor customer service.
