Haven’t received proper order yet


It's been 10 weeks, and I haven't received my glasses. The first pair was rejected by QA before being sent. The second pair was also made wrong, but sent to me and returned. The third pair now has also failed QA in the final step before being sent. All customer service does is tell me they have a meticulous process and that it failed the final QA step User's recommendation: RUN AWAY; DO NOT PURCHASE.
