I ordered schools pictures online in August 2020 from lifetouch photography. I hadn't received the pictures as of mid oct 2020 so I checked my online order realizing her first initial of her last name was missing. I have been trying to contact the company for several days with no answer, attempted to live chat multiple times with a message saying no agents were working, I tried to find an email address or anything really with no results. I simply want the prints I ordered which my online order detail say will be erased by Nov 21st, 2020. so frustrating that a simple fix cannot be communicated in this electronic age. User's recommendation: don't expect to be able to contact this company.
