Have’nt received my magazines since Dec

My daughter has not received her magazine yet and when I contacted them they did say that she was on the list .Alyssa Smith she got the magazine as a birthday gift from me. If this is not taken care of, then I will need to cancel my subscription as well. User's recommendation: To be aware of what happened to me.
