I have received a car from Vroom, but it was damaged, my Nissan was diagnosed with car damage that affected other car parts, seat motor, and amplifier in the stereo. I was not warned about the problem, nor on carfax or the salespeople. But the organization's people say the water damage can not be covered. They just left me with my problem which happened because of them, horrible service and waste of money. Customer service agents are incompetent, you can easily find the better service.
If you are actual Representative of Vroom you can contact the user using the comment form and help resolve the situation. The user can always mark his complaint as "resolved". Maintain your brand image, it is FREE.
