Placed Order CA5362688 with January 5th 2017 Money has been taken from my MasterCard the same day but have not received product and no replies from customer service email sent January 14, 2017 and can not locate a telephone number!! Company is apparently located in The Toronto GTA and I had requested to ship to Montreal. What is up with this company?
