Have not received a bill since 10/9/20

I have tried calling minute clinics billing dept after being on hold for 25 minutes the person who answered the phone said she was unable to view my bill and put me back in them same que and waited an hour no response. I called the several times same response still no bill. Called my insurance company they said there is nothing they can do, This has been a nightmare especially after I followed up my actual eye doctor. Said I did not have pink eye. To stop the medication given my the nurse practitioner. User's recommendation: Stay ahead.
