Have account but can not get into it….?

higgiee@***.com Jack Higgins, Brick, NJ 08724 973-214-**** Have been trying last 4-5 days usually up to 2 hours per day. I tried, (tried to learn) to no avail. also I hate to give in! also I am 77 years old but still like to learn.
