Very poor service and staff attitude
Do not trust FedEx courier services. I chose to send the package to Spain, delivery time 5-6 working days from the receipt of the order. As to how the shipment was not delivered, we inquired with the service provider FedEx in New Zealand and received a reply that it will be delivered no sooner than 2-4 weeks.
