I am happy we have the system. If, however, I had known it takes 1 and a half hour for the doorbell ring to come to my phone I may have reconsidered the system. What if I needed to talk to the person outside my home? I don't think he would be standing 'outside' that long!! The app SUCKS! It is a very pricey system. It should have a top quality app system too! User's recommendation: Be aware that the app is not reliable if you have stepped out, or if you are in your back yard, or in the tub!
