Handle is not working

I am kavya on 26th July 2021 I purchased a 2 American tourister wheel bags in Chennai, one of the bag handle is not working and bag has 3-year worldwide warranty. Please contact me as soon as possible to discuss further and/or give me the Further instructions. Here is bag I'd 103****. Looking forward to your reply. And also I'm sending a copy of the receipt.
