I ordered sheets, paid for by Groupon bucks and cash. The company selling them immediately refunded the cash charges but Groupon did not reinstate Groupon bucks. I received 60 Groupon bucks when I discovered that the maid service I purchased was in San Diego and not Virginia, where I live. I have tried 5 times to reach customer service chat but it doesn't connect. When I tried the customer service line there is a recording that they only do customer service online. YIKES!!! A FLAT ZERO for customer service
