I bought a roll of pocket hose 100ft hose but have not received it since May 2020. I did make contact with your company 2 months ago & they said it was in a FedEx warehouse in Phoenix , Arizona. It is not my responsibility to negotiate with fedex, except with a good law suite. I paid for this item & have not received it. I have paid for a 100 ft hose since May 2020 & have not received it. Surely they can check their accounts receivable & verify my payment. At the same time I will say do not use Fedex.
