Gross Incompetence regarding parts order.

I bought a Pasedena faucet last year and the soap dispenser was missing the tube that connects the pump to the bottle.Three calls and 1 email later we have received every part of the soap dispenser several times over but No Tube! What more can we do? I told the company...
