Ive been an Abt customer for many years. In the Chicago area, they are the go-to location for appliances and electronics. The vast majority of their sales people are excellent. If you do have an issue they will make it right. Last year, they replaced a 6 month old refrigerator after they had been to my house 3 times to correct the issue. Several years ago, we purchased a microwave and they delivered it to an out-of-state location and did not charge for shipping. The microwave fit perfectly. User's recommendation: The only place to purchase appliances and electronics.
