managers that talk to you politely. Anyway, I’m sure that they even don’t know
how to solve many problems. I wanted to assume liability for my line, OMG it
was sooo difficult. I couldn’t get any manager on the phone for two weeks. Do
you understand? 2 WEEKS! Yesterday someone answered me, and we were talking for
3 hours. And the problem wasn’t solved because I suppose that that manager
doesn’t have the necessary information.
Anyway, this cellular
provider doesn’t tout for unnecessary options and services. Also, the billing
plan is rather reasonable. That’s why I’m still with them.
