This is not a rant, it’s a rave. First Union Lending has been a pleasure to work with. I’ve had a ton of business loans as I try to grow my company and most were merchant cash advances. First Union Lending not only gave me the best merchant cash advance I’ve ever seen with a 24 month term, they pretty much talked me into getting out of cash advances altogether. They stick to their word. They were patient with my skepticism. I ended up with an SBA loan and a monthly repayment line of credit after a year. A company who really gives a $&%# about their clients and takes care of them. These guys aren’t loan sharks, they’re advisors, friends and business partners. I’ve stopped in their offices a few times while doing tradeshows in Orlando and they have become something like my business partners. Great firm.
