I had a problem with my lawn. It was dying so they sent out a supervisor who clearly should not be a supervisor because the man told me my grass is dying because I didn't cut it. Never heard of that crazy answer before. So he left and then billed me for a treatment of the grass which he never did. I've contacted the company a few times and now they put me in collections. Apparently they don't care about their customers they just want their money. Stay as far away from this company if you can get they are horrible. The customer service is bad they have very non experience technicians. They saw my grass was dying but never tried to help me period terrible company terrible people and I got to pay for a service that was never done. That's probably how they stay in business.
