Grande bizarre

We bought tickets from them we email couple of days to change the tickets. They told us no exchange or refund. So we conform to the date which is Friday and got babysitters and personal day off. We then get a email last night to tell us that the booking is canceled and we now must pick other date. Unacceptable to receive 3 days prior to booking. I found that poor customer service. As we booked a week in advance and asked to change two days after booking. Not a good experience. Thank you for reaching out
