Reporting my experience tonight with grab booking. When I booked the first time, your grab driver accepted the booking even if he's 20mins away from my place. So he cancelled when I said he shouldnt be doing that. Same with the second booking, he accepted it on same time, 20mins, as the first. I said im in a hurry and cant wait for such a long time coz it's my son's bday. I cant cancel anymore. But when he's supposedly be in my location already, I cnt find him and kept telling me he's near already. I told him i'll just be the one to go to his location since he's near already but he said he already went around to go to my position. It took more than 10mins? My conclusion was, maybe he wanted me to be the one to cancel and just accept other bookings nearby. This is such a terrible experience. I have no choice but to cancel the booking. Please do not let your partners do this to your clients. Attached pics are screenshots of the convo with the second driver and the first driver who accepted the booking even if he still has passenger to drop off. Thank you Malu
