Got product I never ordered

I received in the mail by USPS 9400 1`112 025* 5076 26** ** yesterday, November 29, 2020 to products by Cello Gica, which I never ordered. I don't know who is going to pay for this, but it sure isn't me, User's recommendation: Don't get involved with A Plus Fulfillment.
