Got good service. Not pissed off.

I couldnt get the vacation hold to work online so I called. I was promptly taken care of. The one suggestion I have is to make it easier to call customer service without having to jump through hoops and to have to google to find a correct number. The guy on the phone was great. Keep up the good work. User's recommendation: People are very helpful.
