Got charged for a room we didn’t stay at

Im not sure what this charge is for but i didnt reserve a room, and if i did cancel All my reservations were cancelled during the pandemic. But after a numerous amount of months they decided to send it in any way. I think somebody is screwing with my account..again please refund my money, i'm. thinking about contacting the better business bureau User's recommendation: Do not use. A fraud.
