They were really responsive and did ok job with dry out. However, they kept sending bills to insurance instead of us. (Can’t pay a bill unless you receive it). Finally got them to bill us directly 2 months later. 23 days later they served us a mechanics lien on a $2000 bill!!! Since it wasn’t served properly and the paper work looks questionable with no notary we will be investigating the authenticity. Don’t use them...seemed desperate. Also, we didn’t choose them our insurance company did.
