This place might be a scam. I ordered a $242 DwellStudio duvet on April 21 and an $89 DwellStudio table runner on April 26. It is May 22 and still no duvet or runner. I have e-mailed their customer service rep several times and they have stopped answering me. Their "secretary" takes messages and acknowledges that they have "several messages from me" but still don't call back with an answer. They charged my credit card weeks ago and said it'd take 5-7 days to ship each item. Then, I canceled the orders a week ago and still no answer as to when I'll have a refund and my "account" says the two orders are still processing, which it has said since I placed the orders. No clue if this place is a sham or not but I'm thinking it might be. If not, it's terrible and I would not recommend doing business with this place, even if they offer "free shipping." TERRIBLE. Go somewhere else for home goods and save yourself a big mess.
