Purchased a 12 pack of Miller Genuine Draft 12 oz. bottles last week. Just was drinking a beer out of the bottle. I was just about to finish the beer when I heard a rattle. I emptied the last of the beer out of the bottle into a strainer and a 1 12 inch by 12 inch piece of glass came out. There was no damage to the bottle. If I had not heard the rattle, this could have been serious. I still have the bottle and piece of glass.
