Glacial service obtaining refund for covid cancelled flight

Flight cancelled nearly 2 years ago. Westjet won't talk to me because I booked through Flight Network. I have been trying to get a refund via Flight Network since cancellation. User's recommendation: Use their site for checking availability but do not book with them.
