I ordered 4 items online for a baby gift. Each item has shipped separately. My issue is that a gift should be shipped all together. This wasnt clear when I ordered. Then I come to find out that one item is no longer available. I placed my order on 6/26. Today is 7/11. How is this even possible? Plus I was charged shipping when I had free shipping. Customer Service is helpful but Im so frustrated w Bloomingdales that I will take my business elsewhere. User's recommendation: Don’t buy gifts online.
