When we went to use the card we were told that it could not be processed. The store even called the number on the back, and entered the serial number. Even though the info on the back of the card states that the same number will connect you with customer service...it doesn't. We were surprised and embarrassed, and had to dip into our own pocket. We tried several more times to access info through the number, but had no luck...……. On 9-11/18 we accessed your complaint site and were assigned GHVH8 On 9/12/18...having received no response, we accessed again # GHZD2 On 9/18/18...having received no response, we tried again #GM8ZW...… Today is the 22nd, and we have yet to have any contact. PLEASE review our e-mail to your company, and clear this matter up. We would really like to redeem my husband's prize, and enjoy a Seniors Buffet
