Horrible horrible company. I was sent the special offer for them to test my water at my house and I would receive a $50 and a$25 dollar gift card for my time no purchase required or anything. Not only did I never receive the gift cards that Alex the General Manager promised since they for some reason do not give it to you the day of the examination, but they wasted 4 hours of my time! The tech was over an hour late close to actually 2 hours late. AVOID this company very very dishonest and are doing a Gift card scam in hopes you will buy their product which I have seen many mix reviews about it with more being bad than good.
